Tubes
The production of thin-walled tubes is carried out using the latest methods in technological research and development, on special machines for the production of tubes and as such it is capable of meeting different requirements of the market.
Stainless steel thin-walled tubes are applied in different industries such as food industry, medical and processing industry, but in essence they are the elements in cooling and heating systems, as well as in other branches of consumer goods.
Their most frequent use is in devices for cooling and dispensing beer and juices as well as other types of beverages.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- the tubes are delivered annealed and in standard hardness of 160 ± 15 HV or according to customer demand
- standard length of tubes is from 50 to 1.000 m, and they are delivered in palletized coils, fastened with straps and wrapped in stretch foil and cardboard
- minimum order is 1 m
- each product undergoes control where it is tested under pressure of 8 bar within the period of 20 minutes
- production tolerance complies with ISO standard 1127
DIMENSIONS
The wall thickness of the tubes in our product assortment is 0,5mm. They can be ordered in the range of 5 to 11 mm in diameter.
